Frequently Asked Questions
We use premium high-density foam and hand-selected chenille jacquard fabrics for a rich, textured finish.
Our majlis sofa dimensions are designed to fit most spaces without full customization. For unique layouts, we offer custom sizing without needing to customize the entire set-only the gap areas. This allows us to provide a highly cost-effective solution. Email us at info@arqilounging.com and our team will help create a plan tailored to your space.
Most of our fabric covers are removable and washable. Care instructions are labeled on the covers.
For our metal and composite decor items, we recommend gently wiping your Arqi decor pieces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain the finish. Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct heat to preserve their quality over time.
Delivery timelines vary by item. Please refer to the delivery message on the product page for the most accurate estimate before checkout.
Some Arqi launch items are pre-order items. Expected delivery is 4-6 weeks. Once shipped, transit time is typically 5-8 business days.
Eligible smaller products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unopened Majlis seating, ottomans, and other modular foam products may be returned within 30 days; opened products may be returned within 14 days. All products must meet the applicable condition and packaging requirements. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete terms.
Arqi provides a prepaid return label for eligible smaller-product change-of-mind returns within the contiguous United States when the packed return is no larger than 24 × 18 × 8 inches and 10 pounds. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping for Majlis seating, modular sections, ottomans, other large foam products, and packages exceeding those limits. Arqi covers approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is required.
Please contact info@arqilounging.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Arqi may replace the complete product or affected component without requiring a return. If a return is required, Arqi will cover the approved return-shipping cost. Manufacturing defects discovered later may still be covered by our 1-year limited warranty.
