Our standard Majlis sizes are designed to fit most spaces. For unique layouts, we can provide custom gap cushions rather than customize the entire set, helping keep the solution cost-effective. Email info@arqilounging.com and our team will help plan your layout.
Most of our fabric covers are removable and washable. Care instructions are labeled on the covers. For our metal and composite decor items, we recommend gently wiping your Arqi decor pieces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain the finish.
In-stock Majlis seating is expected to arrive in approximately 7-10 days. Delivery timing for other products may vary, so please refer to the delivery message on the product page for the most accurate estimate before checkout.
Eligible smaller products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unopened Majlis seating, ottomans, and other modular foam products may be returned within 30 days; opened products may be returned within 14 days. All products must meet the applicable condition and packaging requirements. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete terms.
Arqi provides a prepaid return label for eligible smaller-product change-of-mind returns within the contiguous United States when the packed return is no larger than 24 × 18 × 8 inches and 10 pounds. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping for Majlis seating, modular sections, ottomans, other large foam products, and packages exceeding those limits. Arqi covers approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is required.
Please contact info@arqilounging.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Arqi may replace the complete product or affected component without requiring a return. If a return is required, Arqi will cover the approved return-shipping cost. Manufacturing defects discovered later may still be covered by our 1-year limited warranty.
Yes. All Arqi products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that time, orders may begin processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
