1. Our Commitment

At Arqi Lounging & Decor, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a refined and seamless return process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the quality of our collection, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original premium packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (Order Number) is required for all returns.

Note: Custom-made Majlis sets or personalized decor items are crafted specifically for you and are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our concierge within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a swift replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
