✅ 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unused standard sets within 30 days of delivery.

🔄 Easy Returns
We’ll email you a prepaid return label and ship a compression bag for safe return packaging.

💵 Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Return must be repacked using the provided compression bag

  • Return must be received within 14 days of approval

💳 Refunds
Issued to the original payment method (minus the restocking fee) within 5–7 business days after inspection.

🧵 Custom Orders & Add-Ons

🚫 Final Sale
Custom-sized cushions, gap fillers, and modified sets are non-returnable.
Exceptions apply only in the case of manufacturing defects.
